Okay... So yesterday was my birthday. And I used that as an excuse to not be the best with my eating. It was such a weird day. I at my breakfast; that was fine. Then I had a yogurt; again, fine! After that my coworkers got me a Subway sandwich. I ate a little more than half of it (it was a foot long). That wasn't too bad. It was a lot of carbs that I didn't need at the moment. And then...
EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT ARRIVES!

But... I had a really hard time controlling myself. That was pretty much all I ate for the rest of the day. And one of my coworkers surprised me with trail mix (my weakness)! Ugh!
I woke up at 127 this morning. I am not happy with myself.
I thought I would be able to have this freedom with food. But I guess not.
That's okay, though. This was an experiment. And I now know that tracker works best for me, mentally and PHYSICALLY!
So today I am, pretty much, back to tracking. I say pretty much because I already had meals prepped that were not weighed out. But I am only going to eat my meals.
Today is also a rest day. Therefore I will not be having any carbs (except from veggies).
Let's see how today goes, and where my weight is at tomorrow morning.
