Food for Thought 3


I feel good today. I feel like I am ready to diet again.

I just feel like my mind is in the right place. Plus, my meets are getting closer and closer.

It always helps when you have a deadline.

I am looking forward to sticking to everything. I want to see how my body responds to my new macros, and carb cycling.

This is going to be a very short blog.. I am so tired.

Good night everyone! Make sure you eat something healthy for dinner.

This picture was my second to last meal. "Dieting" is easy when your food is yummy!

My last meal is going to be protein pudding. 1 scoop of casein + 1tbsp nut butter + a little water = <3
