Food for Thought 7


So this is my current shape right now. I woke up at 125 this morning. Which I am happy about because I had a high carb day yesterday. Plus I training at night... So all of my carb meals were later in the day.

This whole doing my own "diet" thing is pretty fun!

Right now I am eating the same amount of calories as my bodybuilding coach had me eating (in the entire week). I have just divided up the carbs/calories differently.

If you have read my other blogs, then you know that I have low, medium, and high days.

I am going to follow these macros for another week. Then see where I am at weight wise. :)

Welpppp... Today has to be a short one.. I have to close up for work and get home!

I'm going to have some Halo Top or Protein Waffles... Hmm.. Which should I choose?
