Food for Thought 9


So... I woke up heavier this morning.. I'm not sure why. I was slightly under calories yesterday. And when I say under... I'm talking like 9 calories. Weird. So I'm 126 this morning.

I'm still in a fine place for my meet in 4 weeks. But I wanted to be at like 120 for that meet.

I want to be able to just walk in under my weight class. But it is what it is. I know I will make weight for both of my classes. I will be fine.

Anyways... I am so excited for my handsome man! He competes this weekend.

This is going to be a sleeve meet for him. And in a way, a warm up meet for the US Open. He says he is feeling good. And I think that all of his lifts are looking good.

When either of us have meets (they are always on the weekends). I have to change my schedule around.

I work at a car dealership, as well as do personal training at Kabuki Strength Lab.

So I had to do some juggling around. But I have made everything work.

I am working at the dealership Monday-Wednesday. And I have my clients on Thursday. Then Tony and I leave Friday morning for his weigh ins.

I love meet weekend! Whether it is Tony or me competing. It is just so fun!

I enjoy helping Tony during his meet weekend. And I absolutely love watching him compete! <3

Well... I'm going to end this blog with saying that I cannot wait to get off work!

Wednesday: Bench

Thursday: Off

Friday: Deads

Saturday: Off

Sunday: Bench

I do fasted cardio on all my upper body and off days.

LET IT BE 7PM ALREADY SO I CAN GO SKKKWWAAATTTTT!
