HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY, EVERYONE!!!

Surprisingly.. I woke up at 125 this morning. I had a high carb day yesterday.. And all my carbs were at night. I also didn't get much sleep. But whatevs! I won't argue with my body! It can keep dropping weight! I would love it to drop down to 119ish! Haha.

Today is a medium carb day. Another late night workout.

You've got to make your schedule work no matter what.

Sure I'm tired after a 12 hour work day.. But that isn't going to stop me from hitting the gym.

Anyways... Food was good today. I actually wasn't that hungry. Just kept myself busy at work.

I thought I was going to be hungry after having just a yogurt and a shake for a meal.. But I wasn't.

Well.. I unfortunately have to cut this blog short.. Work is pretty busy.
