Food for Thought 11


Low carb / Low calorie day.

Today is a rest day for me.. At least from the gym.

All I have done activity wise is about 30 mins of fasted cardio.

I woke up at the same weight again.. But I don't mind, because I feel really good!

So many people (including me) tend to stress over the silly scale.

That is just a number! Unless you have to make a weight class. But I'm only 2lbs above my weight class.

Another day where I wasn't too hungry. I'm liking it. I think my macros on my medium and low days are on point.

That means that I feel better with less carbs and higher protein and fat. Very interesting.

This whole doing my own things continues to interest me. I like having the control over what I do.

It is so different for me. I mean... I have done my own thing in my past off seasons, but I never tracked things like I am now. And I was about 10 pounds heavier too.

Man.. I'm tired. So I'm going to end this blog with my meals for today.

Meal 1: Ezekiel Toast, Egg Whites, Omega 3 Egg, Spinach, Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Cauliflower Rice

Meal 2: Chicken, Green Beans, Mixed Nuts

Meal 3: Ground Turkey, Broccoli, Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Meal 4: Ground Turkey, Ground Beef, Spinach

Meal 5: I'm going to have my protein waffles or Halo Top

Meal 6: Protein Pudding

All of this equals about 1375 calories

Total Macros: P179 / C78 / F48
