Food for Thought 12


124 this morning! Yay! Keep on going!

I still want to be around 120 by my meet March 11th (my sister's bday <3).

I benched today.

I normally bench on Wednesday.. But I switched my days around due to my work schedule. And I needed Tony there to lift off for me.

Switching my schedule around can be difficult sometimes.. But you make it work.

Now that I am carb/calorie cycling.. It is a tad bit more challenging.

I eat a different amount of carbs/calories each day.

And today was a high carb day. Let's see where my weight is at in the morning.

Welp.. Tony and I just finished packing for the weekend.. And I want to spend some time with him before bed.

Meals for today:

Meal 1: Egg Whites, Omega 3 Egg, Spinach, Ezekiel Toast, Grits

Meal 2: Cyclic Dextrin and Protein

Meal 3: White Rice, Cod, Rice Cakes

Meal 4: Flat Out Wrap, Spinach, Chicken, Yogurt, Apple

Meal 5: Halo Top (S'mores)

I normally eat 6 times a day.. But today was a little off. Hence the Halo Top :)

I will still be under my calories.
