Food for Thought 13

Sorry for skipping the past two days. I was out of town for Tony's meet. Which he did great at!!!

This was a warm up meet for him, and he went 7 for 9. Squat 666. Bench 479. Dead 683.

It was a great meet.

And during the weekend, I stuck to my "diet." I was right on with my calories.

I did eat a few different things (Quest Bar and Halo Top) but I made them fit.

I am really proud of myself. It is always challenging to travel and stick to your plan.

Tony and I planned on have a cheat me Sunday. But we decided to do it Saturday night instead.

After eating super clean for the past 2 weeks.. I was very excited about getting a cheat meal. My body disagreed with me though.

I ate:

-Flying Pie Calzone (only half)

-A couple bites of ice cream

-Trail Mix

-Fred Meyer Brownies (was only able to eat a few bites)

-Vanilla Milk

I honestly didn't eat that much... At least compared to what I normally do. I normally eat way too much.. So perhaps it's a good thing that I couldn't this time.

I woke up at 125. Not too bad at all.

BAD NEWS THOUGH!

The next couple days after a cheat meal are the absolute hardest!!!

I crave everything! And I had to go grocery shopping today. Ugh!!!

And because Tony and I had an at home cheat meal... We still have the left over goodies in the house. Eeeeekk!

Can I just eat it all? And not gain any weight?! Hahaha! Not even in my dreams.

NO! NO! NO!

I am now 3 weeks away from one of my meets. 3 weeks to get to 120ish pounds! I know I can do it!

And I have made some changes to my macros. I think it will be just what I need to drop some more weight (while still performing well)!

We shall see.
