Monday = SQUAT DAY!!!
And guess what?! I squatted 305!
My goal was to squat 300 in one of my meets this year! But I'll take it early! I still have 3 weeks until the Southern Oregon Iron Classic. And 8 weeks until the US Open.

And today was my first day with lower carbs/calories on my "high" day.
I dropped down about 100 calories. I haven't really noticed the decrease... Which is good! :)
I was 126lbs this morning. Ugh! The cheat meal definitely threw my body for a loop. But that's okay.. I am back on track.
