Food for Thought 15


So... 126 again this morning.

It is kind of annoying that I'm having such a hard time getting my weight down. But then again, I can't be annoyed if I haven't been 100%.

I was doing good for two weeks.. But of course, Tony and I had to celebrate his meet. UGH! Why does food have to be so good?!

Now I have to get back into the right mindset.

My meet is right around the corner! And I have to be under 123! That shouldn't be a problem... But I am going to visit my family next week. They are throwing me a party. We all know what is at parties... FOOOODDDD!

I definitely plan on sticking to my "diet" while I'm in California. I don't have a problem with that... But I want to be able to eat with my family.

If my weight is not where it needs to be (I would like it to be at or under 123).. Then I cannot eat with them. I will have to stick to my own food...

I want to be the best! So I have to do what I have to do!

I will not allow food to get in the way of me having a good time with my family and friends. I will also not allow food to get in the way of me being my best! It's just silly.

Let's see where my weight is at tomorrow... Stay tuned.

BTW.. I am currently only doing 30 mins of fasted cardio, 5 days a week. I will probably bump that up to 7 days.
