Food for Thought 16


125 this AM.

I have a lot of work to do. But I am very proud of where I am at.

The majority of my off season I have maintained the outline of my abs.

And obviously the cleaner I eat, the better they look.

I have recently changed up my macros.

I lowered all three days (high, med, and low).

I also increased my cardio to 7 days a week.

The food should still be good. This is the most food I have eaten at this weight.

And I actually enjoy my 30 mins of cardio in the morning. It is a nice way to start my day.

I like to play around on social media or read. Or even just think.

Today was a low day because I am not training.

I am at work all day.. So I decided to bench tomorrow. It is easier to bench when I have Tony there with me. Because I am so short.. I need someone to literally hand me the bar because I cannot reach it. Hahaha! Short people problems! And he's really the only one who can actually lift off for me properly. So yeah... :)

I honestly like my low days. I have higher protein and fat... So I feel satiated throughout the day. It is so nice!

The only time I get "hungry" is just because I want to eat... Not because I am actually hungry.

I have better about being mindful and aware of when I am actually hungry vs. want to eat because I like food. LOL! And when those random cravings come... I just tell myself that I want to be the best.

Do I want to be the best? Or do I want to eat (junk food)? I WANT TO BE THE BEST!

Therefore, I eat according to my goals :)
