Food for Thought 17


Sooooo... After all my talk about how I wasn't going to let food get in the way of my goals.. I had a cheat meal with Tony last night. But it was a decision I made. Being a nutrition coach.. I know that I will be able to manipulate my diet to get me to the weight that I need to be at. So, I would say that it was worth it. AND.. I didn't eat until I was sick! I didn't even eat until I was full! I just had a little bit of everything and was done. Progress!

I woke up at 125 this morning. I did sleep in so I weighed myself later than normal. So if I weighed myself at the normal time I probably would have been back up to 126.

But today has been a bit crazy with my schedule. Therefore I only got in 4 meals. So I had really low calories.

It was supposed to be a high day. But I decided I am going to take out my high days completely. So it was going to be a medium day...

I ended up with less than my low day in calories. Or at least I will end up with that after my last meal tonight.

I wasn't too hungry today. And because I had a cheat... I wasn't going to force myself to eat. Had I not had a cheat then I would have eaten all my meals regardless of my hunger level.

Welp... It is Big Bang Theory time. Bye for now :)
