Food for Thought 18


So I weighed myself at the normal time this morning. 125lbs.

I didn't really gain anything after that cheat. Yay!

But I also didn't make an progress. So no more of that!

My meets are so close. TOO CLOSE!

I only have low and medium days right now. And I am doing 30 minutes of fasted cardio a day (just walking on the treadmill).

TODAY'S MEALS:

1. Toast, Egg Whites, Omega 3 Egg, Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Cauliflower Rice

2. Shrimp, Broccoli, Green Beans, Avocado

3. Spaghetti Squash, Chicken

4. Ground Turkey, Broccoli, Sharp Cheddar Cheese

5. Either Ground Turkey, Ground Beef, & Spaghetti Squash OR Halo Top (Mint Chip)

6. Protein Pudding <3

I feel so good when I am on top of my eating. And I am honestly so happy that I didn't overdue it with the cheat the other night.

I am also glad that I have allowed myself to be more flexible. I used to be so strict on myself (I still kind of am)... But I am allowing myself to have Halo Top when I want it.

I am living it up before I start my prep for my Pro Debut :) But obviously still keeping things in line. HA!
