Food for Thought 21


Thursday, March 3, 2017.

I am back in Portland.. And back at work.

I ate with my family Sunday night. But I super under ate during that day due to traveling. And then I under at the rest of my time in California... I just kept my carbs around my workout.

Tony and I got home yesterday around 2-3pm. I stepped on the scale and was 125 in the middle of the day.

So why the heck did I wake up at 126?!?!?!?!

The body is a weird thing. And sometimes a frustrating thing. Lol.

Today was a rest day, so I had a low day. We shall see where I am at tomorrow.

I think my weight has been such a pain in the butt because of the traveling.

When I travel I tend to have digestion issues which also doesn't help. And I didn't get enough rest.. & was a bit stressed.

Either way.. I am back home and back on my grind (not that I was ever off)! I will figure it all out.

I just might have to lower my food even more.

Tomorrow is my last heavy training day. Therefore I will not really need too many calories or carbs.

I will definitely be writing about what I do.
