Pro Debut Prep | Week One


Okay.. So it has been a little over a week since I officially started my prep.

So far everything is really easy.. Macros wise. Justin has given me a lot more carbs than I am used to.

I have 1 low day, 3 low/medium days, 2 medium days, and 1 high day.

I have never had macros like this before. All of my days are in a calorie deficit, except my high day.

My high day is SUUUPER HIGH! About 2340 calories. AND... My coach has me replacing meal 6 with a cheat meal. He says to eat whatever I want for one whole hour.

WWWHHAAAAAAAATTT!

It honestly doesn't feel like I'm prepping.. I am eating more carbs than I ever have before. Let alone during contest prep. But hey.. I hired a great coach! So I know I will be fine!

I did just start doing cardio.. That made it seem a little more like prep.

Man oh man am I out of shape! LOL. I'm at the heaviest I have been in quite some time.

I seriously cannot wait to start seeing results.

Even though I am a health and fitness professional.. Just like everyone else.. I wish to see results YESTERDAY! Lol. But that is when patience comes to play. The results will come! Just do what needs to be done! IN THE KITCHEN & IN THE GYM!
