Here is a fun recipe for you guys!!!
It isn't the healthiest of the recipes I have created, but it sure is delicious!!!
I made this homemade frozen yogurt for my one cheat meal! I now have to watch my fat intake during my cheat meal, so I made this low fat treat! :)
It is still pretty calorie dense. But on the bright side, it is pretty high in protein!
Give it a try! And let me know how it tastes.
Oh and... I added some fat free cool whip, more strawberry jam, and crushed graham crackers on top of my serving. LOL. SO YUMMY!
Keep in mind that this treat is just that, a treat. So don't eat like an a**hole! And if you have a coach or are follow a plan at the moment, I wouldn't recommend you trying it (unless you get a cheat meal). Please email me at kaylie.trainer@gmail.com ... And I can give you some healthier alternatives.
Okay... Enough about that... For now!
PREP UPDATE!
I am currently 5 weeks out from my pro debut! I have good days, and bad days. Mostly good though. The bad days aren't even really that bad... It is all more mental. But I have Tony there to knock the negativity out of me.

I have now lost 15lbs in the past 11 weeks. I have 5 more weeks until this first show and 9 more weeks until my second for the year. And those two will be it for 2017.
I only do 1-2 shows a year. The reason for this is because they are really expensive. It is very taxing/stressful on the body and mind (not that powerlifting isn't, it's just different). And I think that that is enough for a year. The better I get at bodybuilding (figure), then I may do 4ish shows in a year... But that is a ways away.
Any ways... This prep has been amazing!
It is going by so fast! And has been such a nice prep!
I have followed everything to the T!
I work my butt off in the gym.
And I am continuing to progress with my lifts!
I have always thought that prep was all about the suffering. But this prep is anything but that. :)
I mean, I know I still have 5 and 9 weeks left to go... So I'm sure the suffering come eventually. But still! I am so happy!
This will be it for now. I feel like I am rambling. LOL.
I will be going into detail about refeed days and cheat meals in another blog.. Maybe a YouTube video.
STAY TUNED :)
