What the heck is muscle soreness?
Why do we get it?
How do we avoid it?
How can we get past it?
A lot of times, people don't like to workout because they remember that one time they worked out... And they were sore for a week. But little do they know... Plus I need to get more sleep and work on my recovery.
Don't let a little soreness get in the way of you achieving your goals. It is a normal thing.
Here is some info on soreness. This is a shorter blog... So please let me know if you have any questions. :)
