WHO IS READY FOR THANKSGIVING?!?!
I know I am! I absolutely love the holidays! Time with friends and family.
Unfortunately, I won't be going down to California to see my family.
BUT... I am having Thanksgiving at my place this year! I'm so excited & a little nervous.
I am doing most of the cooking this year!
MY THANKSGIVING MENU:
*Most of the food is not going to be the healthiest.
1. Crock pot turkey breast (this is the one thing that will be healthy.. That way Tony and I can use the left over turkey in our normal meals afterwards)
2. Sweet potato casserole (have to have this!)
3. Tomato basil soup (my mom makes this every year.. So I just have to have it)
4. Corn bread (Tony and I wanted this over regular rolls)
5. Salad (this is kind of healthy.. LOL. I will be getting my favorite pre-made salad bags.. The dressing isn't the leanest)
6. Salted caramel cheesecake blondies
7. Homemade ice cream (I think I'm going to do caramel swirls and some s'mores chips)
8. Stuffing (friend is bringing)
9. Brussel sprouts dish (friend is bringing)
10. Fruit tray (friend is bringing)
-Drinks (must have egg nog! friend is brining)
-Cranberry sauce (friend)
-Gravy (friend)
-Regular rolls (friend might be bringing)

HAPPY THANKSGIVING, EVERYONE!!!
So.. I don't get to eat today. Well I do get to eat. LOL. But it is a low macro day because I am not training.
And I'm not having a Thanksgiving dinner until Saturday.
That's all okay though.. It is just another day.
Tony and I are going to go to the movies and probably do a lot of work at home.
I will be working on my business. I am writing up my vision and mission statement.
Creating some systems that I want to use with my clients. Really just trying to get more professional and organized.
I will also be doing some resting and recovery work. I have been sick this week (no fun *sad face)

My Friendsgiving was amazing! We had so much food! I was a little worried that I went overboard!
But we didn't! We ate pretty much everything! Hahaha. I should have never doubted us!
And I haven't weighed myself since Thursday. I was 114.
I have no idea where I'm at now...
I followed low macro days Thursday until today.
But I also "cheated" on my dieted Thursday, a little on Friday, and a lot on Saturday.
I didn't eat all my meals any of the days, though. Thursday and Friday I only ate 3 meals. Saturday I only had one of my meals. Then it was lots of snacking here and there while I was cooking.
Coach said to check my weight just to see where I'm at. LOL. I don't want to. Can't I just get back on track?! Ha.
Well... I will check my weight tomorrow... Fingers are crossed that I'm not too heavy.
If I'm really heavy, coach will probably lower my macros! EEEKKK!
