Hello! Happy Monday! Happy February! Happy belated birthday to me! :)
Man! Oh man! OH MAN! I had one heck of a weekend!
FRIDAY:
We went to the gym around 10am. Got through our workout in 2 hours (instead of 3). And headed straight to Seattle. Tony, the amazing man he is... Drove the majority of the way. I drove the last hour to hour and a half.
Got to the hotel. & man! It was an awesome room! It had a big jacuzzi tub in it!
We relaxed a little bit. We ate our next meal... And then went to the grocery store.
We went to the store only for some carbs and veggies for the weekend. Oh and some water.
We came back to the hotel with all of that, and lots of treats from the bakery and some ice cream.
"Birthday calories don't count!" said everything this past weekend! LOL.
And I think I believed them! LOL.
SATURDAY:
We woke up at 5:30am to get ready. Got some brekkie from the hotel at 6am.
Then we went to the gym. Got there around 7am.
It was so awesome getting to meet Tasha, Dan and Erin (and the other people).
Had a great bench sesh!
Oh and Tasha was so sweet and had flowers for me at the front desk of the gym <3
5th Set Seminar started at 10am.
I really enjoyed the seminar!
Swede and Greg talked a lot about injury prevention.
They went over how to structure your program to where you avoid injuries by managing fatigue and being proactive. Then we did some hands on stuff! They looked at everyone's squat, bench and deadlift for.
It was a very long day. We did leave the gym until 5:30pm.
THEN IT WAS BIRTHDAY DINNER TIME!
We got back to the hotel... And had about 15 minutes to shower and get dolled up to go to our reservations.
We made it on time! Yay! Too bad the restaurant didn't have a table for us... Doesn't that defeat the purpose of making reservations?! LOL. Oh well. We just grabbed a table in the bar.
Oh and... We went to a Brazilian Steakhouse. It was amazing!!!!
Such a great birthday with my handsome man!
SUNDAY:
We slept in until 7am. EEEEKKK!
That's okay. We had a good morning... And started heading home a little before 10am.
Then the chaos took over! Ha!
We got home. I unpacked. Ran to the grocery store. Cooked. Meal prepped. Got all my clothes ready for work. Answered emails. Wrote a couple programs... Sigh...
And by 6pm... Things slowed down. I finished everything I needed to get done.
Tony and I decided we were going to eat some PIZZAAAA!
So we went to the store to get some! We also got some ice cream and trail mix. Oh and a Redbox.
We definitely enjoyed ourselves all weekend! Both with food and non-food related activities.

Now it is Monday... & I am back on track.
My poor body is very swollen with lots of water weight.
That's the one down side to eating off plan. My body is so used to eating clean foods... That when I eat junk... My body freaks out. But that's okay... Within the next week or two... All that water weight will be gone.
