Hello & happy Monday!!!
Omg! It is December! This year has been so amazing! But it has gone by so extremely fast!
But.. I am very excited for next year's adventures! It is going to be even more amazing! :)
I literally have butterflies thinking about it! And I cannot stop smiling!
So... HOW IS MY IMPROVEMENT SEASON GOING?
It has been over two months since my shows. *sigh* It doesn't feel like it has been that long. But then again, it feels like it has been longer.
How much do I weigh? I don't know! The last time I weighed myself I was 116. A little heavier than I would like to be.. But it's okay. How the heck am I supposed to grow.. If I don't gain weight.
I stopped weighing myself every day. And I feel so much better! It seriously takes away so much stress! Perhaps I should practice what I preach more often. LOL.
I only step on the scale when I need to check-in with my coach.
Now let's talk about my shoulder. UGH! That thing has not been my friend! I have never had to deal with something like this before. And I'm not a fan of it. But I am very thankful that it isn't a real injury. I think it is just some tightness, and possible something out of place.
I got a massage the other day. It was very nice, but it didn't really help my shoulder. The massage therapist did say that one of my bicep tendons was out of place; so he popped it back in. Unfortunately, I think it already popped back out. I'm not really sure though.
I still have to find someone to help me. More than just massage. I need to work on mobility, movement patterns, and strengthening the area.
Speaking of strengthening.. My training does seem to be getting better.
Bench and deadlift feels good. Squats.. Are still a little ehhh.
I do think they are getting better... It just isn't my strongest lift. And with it getting cold.. My knees have been weird. ANYWAYS... That is enough excuses out of me! I just need to work harder! :)
Oh &&& this past week was Tony's birthday. He turned 32!
I bring this up because we did some more fun activities outside of the gym.
We did indoor sky diving; and then went on a rainy/muddy hike :)
Being in my improvement season allows for more time to do fun things like that. Plus... I have more energy. Ha!

It is not a healthy one. So make and eat with caution! LOL.
It is super easy!
White Chocolate Sugar Cookie Fudge (I made it for Tony for his bday)
-2 bags of white chocolate chips
-1 can of fat free sweetened condensed milk
-1 & 1/4 cups sugar cookie mix (I only used 1 cup)
-Top with sprinkles if you'd like :)
*Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl
*Microwave for 1 minute at a time until melted
*Pour into a parchment paper lined pan
*Set in fridge until solidified
*Cut into small pieces (warning: it is very hard to cut, or I'm just weak. ha)
*ENJOY!!!
