Hello and Happy Monday!
It feels like it has been forever since I blogged. LOL. But it has only been a week since I've posted a blog (on my website). If you follow me on social... Then you know that I started blogging for my coaching website as well.

Man oh man, you guys! I am exhausted! I have not been getting enough sleep.
This past week there were some nights that I got a little under 5 hours of sleep. NOT GOOD!
I also haven't been sleeping the best. I'm not really sure why...
I know when I have a cheat meal, I get really hot and uncomfortable... And as for the other nights... I'm not really sure. One of the nights I was having weird dreams. Oh and, I have also been dreading going back to work on Monday. So I know Monday mornings... My resting heart rate is too high for my liking.
I really need to relax. And I really need to get some sleep!!!!
I honestly feel like I can sleep for a few days straight! That's how tired I am.
I wake up tired. I'm tired pretty much all day. And I am ready for bed by 8pm.
I don't like this feeling because I need to get work done! I need to read, write articles. I need to get outside and market the gym... There is so much work I can be doing... But everything I do... I start to fall asleep. Or I just too lazy to even do it in the first place (like go out and market).
I am definitely all for the hustle and grind! I strong believe that one should work harder and harder each day. You have to work for what you want! You must earn it! Nothing is going to be handed to you!!! And if something is handed to you... You need to put in more work to keep it and show your appreciation!
I can normally push through anything. I just do what it takes. But I think my body is finally telling me I need to rest! And I really need to schedule some time to sleep!
Sure... I take naps... But I rarely get (pretty much never) 8 hours of sleep. 6 hours is my average. And that's with all my naps added up. I think my lack of sleep has finally caught up with me. Meehhhh.
Oh well... I will have to schedule in some sleep. But until then.. NO MORE COMPLAINING ABOUT IT!
Speaking of complaining... That is something I have been working on being more mindful of.
Tony has mentioned to me quite a bit lately that I have been complaining a lot.
The issue is... I don't see it as complaining, even though it really is. TISK TISK on my end.
So now... When I have something that I want to say... And I know it isn't the most positive thing...
I purposefully say the opposite. This is just my way of NOT COMPLAINING.
For instance, "My back hurts." Instead I say, "I feel amazing!"
This method may not work for everyone. And if something is really wrong... Or something serious... Then don't just ignore it. For little things, this seems to be working for me. It really helps me switch my mindset to the good things going on.
OKAY! There is my rant for the day... Well... For now. LOL.
