Vegan & Gluten Free Donut Holes

So.. I totally failed at getting good pictures of these yummy things!!!

And when I remembered... All the Strength Members had already eaten them!!! Ha.

It's okay. You guys will just have to make them yourself! And then you can send me some pictures :)

INGREDIENTS:

-1.5 cups GF flour

-1 cup coconut sugar (sugar of choice)

-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

-1.5 tsp baking powder

-3/4 tsp baking soda

-3/4 tsp salt

-3/4 cup pumpkin puree

-1/2 cup almond milk (milk of choice)

-1/2 cup olive oil (oil of choice)

-2 tsp apple cidar vinegar

-2 tsp vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray mini muffin pan with Pam.

2. Mix together dry ingredients (flour, sugar, spices, baking powder, baking soda, and salt).

3. Mix in wet ingredients.

4. Fill the pan. I like to use a small cookie/ice cream scooper.

5. Bake for 18-20 mins. Or until toothpick comes out clean.

*Keep an eye on them.. Each oven is slightly different.

6. Let cool a little... Then put in a tupperware with cinnamon and sugar and toss.

7. THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP! ENJOY!!!! :)

*The cinnamon sugar did soak into the donut holes over night. They were still yummy... Just not as pretty.

Give this recipe a try and let me know how it goes!!! Remember! Take pictures for me :)
