I cannot believe that it is already almost Halloween! Which means it is almost November! Then December. Then 2019!!!! This year has just zoomed by!!!! It seriously blows my mind!!!
But I guess that's what happens when you are having fun! Time flyes :)

I was a minion! Of course! What else would I be? LOL. I truly think I am a minion in another life! Hahaha.
Anyways... What the heck am I going to talk to in this blog?
Well... I'll just start to write and let it just come out (THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!).
It has been a little over two and a half weeks since my last show of this year. I left for Kentucky weighing 108 pounds. This morning I was 109 pounds. What the heck?! This is absolutely insane!!!
This is the first time I have been able to get right back on plan and STICK TO IT TO THE T after a show. if you guys have read or followed my blogs... Then you know that last year I struggled pretty bad. I gained 15 pounds in the first week after my show. I was soooo fricken hungry my entire off season!!! October 2017 to May 2018. STARVING! I felt like I was dieting the entire time! I never really got to a good caloric intake. I'm pretty sure I stayed right about 1200 calories. NOT COOL!!!!
This year.. The last few weeks of my prep.. My calories were at 600 for the entire day. That may sound crazy (because it is).. But that normal for me during a contest prep. And honestly, I'm used to it. I eat so many green veggies and drink lots of water and zero calorie drinks to fill up my tummy.

Another day goes by... Another amazing day!
I am currently on hold trying to get my health insurance all figured out.
I definitley love being an adult and living my own life! But it's this kind of stuff I wish my momma could deal with for me forever! LOL. Especially now that I have to do independent insurance.. I find it so complicated. LOL. Oh well.. I'm getting it done.

Goodness! I think I might just end this blog! It's all over the place. LOL. I'm sorry you guys.
It is 5:50am. I finished my fasted cardio and did some abs.
Now I am sitting down with my coffee and about to do some reading.
But first, I decided to finish this very drawn out blog.
I woke up at 108lbs this morning. That is the same weight I was when I left for Kentucky. So that means it is time to increase food. I also decreased my cardio by 10 mins a day. And I am pretty much off all my fat burners. Yay!!!
Everything is going so good! I am so happy with the approach Tony and I are taking!
Current Plan:
40 mins fasted cardio, 7 days a week (keep in mind I was at 60 mins fasted 7 days, and 45 mins post workout 5 days.. So this is nothing).
Training Day Macros: P130/C150/F20
Rest Day Macros: P140/C20/F40
Training total body 4 days a week.
On my training days I keep my carbs around my workout.
50 pre-workout, 25 intra-workout, and 75 post-workout.
The rest of my meals are just protein, fats, and veggies... I will eventually bring carbs into those meals too. Not sure when though... It just depends on when I can't eat any more carbs around my workout (if that's possible to not be able to eat any more carbs LOL)! I'm thinking max out at 100g of carbs pre and post, and 50g of intra. We shall see though. Tony is helping me a lot with my macros!!! Which is amazing... Because it is a bit nerve-wrecking to purposely try to gain weight after working so hard to lose it (I will talk about this more in future blogs and youtube videos).
On my rest days I kinda just eat my carbs when I want. It is normally with breakfast (if I want toast) or with my last meal if I want caramel rice cakes with my protein pudding. YUM!
Speaking of protein pudding... If you guys are looking for a good casein protein... You have to try Dymatize Cinnamon Bun Casein!!!! It is the best EVER!!!! I am so in love with it! Tony bought it once because we had a coupon or something. But now he is stuck buying it because I'm too in love to use a differnt kind. LOL. It is a little pricey... BUT WORTH IT!!! It definitely gives me something to look forward to at night.
Oh and... I have been mixing it with Legendary Almond Butter! So fricken tasty!!! So far I have tried the Pecan Pie and Apple!!! MMMMMMM! The apple is my fave so far. I will try the blueberry tonight!!! Yay for healthy fats!!!! BTW.. The macros are amazing on the nut butters!
